I like it, so I leave teh comment!

Artful use of crescendo. I love what you did at ~4:50. Unique and captivating melody. Fantastic and subtle harmonics. One suggestion, personal taste, you could've finished stronger. By that I mean towards the very end have the instruments build up to a burst of symphonic harmony; bring out the bass, add a second underlying melody (soft yet active), things like that. That way the cutoff would be more stark and abrupt. That may not be your thing but I think it would be interesting to try out. Anyway, just a few suggestions. Honestly, I think this is amazing as it is.

N3ChronoK0 responds:

thanks! the reason it doesn't have a strong ending is because its a DJ mix, meaning it ends in a way that allows DJs to transition in to the next track by way of reducing the song to just bass and drums.

They're gansta.

Mmm, gotta have my cupcakes. Gonna have 'em in mah underwear. XD

damn right; theyah betta then urz :)

It's certainly nice...

...but it's not exactly a song. It could be used practically in someone's flash but it doesn't do well on it's own.

Unbelievable.

Fantastic story, BTW. Excellent evolution of a classic theme. Beautiful melody change at the point of time travel. It conveyed the message of guidance, new hope, and the weight of the tragic future all at once. So serious and sublime. The fade to oblivion made the hair on the back of my neck stand on end. Just an amazing song all around!

I'm really glad you got so much out of listening to this -- I always to try to convey something with every piece I make nowadays.

Thanks for listening!

Jazz Cafe.

That's what I'm seeing. A jazz cafe, if that makes any sense. I loved the section at the end. You sir, have created something fantastic.

It's a lake...

That glows with a haunting blue beauty. Feeling the presence of trancendant ephemeral beings the lonely traveller finds a bright comfort in the moss at water's edge. Ripples softly form and shine and light slowly peels off the lake. A voice whispers melodically "it's all right" as the treetops shift to the beckoning winds letting but a few leaves fall. The glow reflects off the leaves and onto the weary traveller's face and his soul is warmed. He has never felt more at peace and full of wonder. He is alone, together with the light.

What a nice feeling this song envokes. I can barely describe how this song moves me. This is amazing.

ChronoNomad responds:

I believe you've done a pretty good job describing that feeling in your review. After all, words can only say so much. That's why I just let the music convey the hidden words that are engraved upon my heart.

I greatly appreciate your lovely storytelling review, and I hope that many more listeners discover it during its second brief stint in the Top 30!

This is "all time top scoring"?

Color me confused...

What a beauty

Damn, so many fond memories. Awesome game, my first EXE. After this I pretty much played every Megaman game. BN1-6, ZX, ZXA, Starforce1-3. Yeah. Awesome.

Wow, very few people have the talent to compose and sing their art without being on drugs, generally. You aren't on drugs, right?
Anyway, amazing song
